fear of death and thinking of it too much and my mind sometimes build scripts and scenarios about death and that cause stress to me and depression and sometimes i overcome it and sometimes i couldnt and it let me depressed

- Learn to accept the idea of death and think about it as part of the life cycle.
- Reading books since many scientific, religious and philosophical books have discussed the subject of death so that the concept of death is not vague, which may reduce the sense of fear of it.
- Perform religious practices and approach to Allah in which to comfort and reassurance of your soul
- Focus on making your life more enjoyable by exercising, it helps to relax.
