Restart the moudem.

Dear customer, to setup your network connection on your ps4 go to Settings then click on Network

click on Set Up internet connection  

choose wifi or lan

click on Custom

choose Automatic for ip adress

choose Do Not Specify for DHCP Host Name

choose Manual for DNS

enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

choose manual for MTU

enter 1473

choose do not use

then test your connection
