Welcome! How can I help with your Harman Kardon question?
Hi my jbl woofer stopped functioning, there is power and a green light coming behind but no sound I even tried shifting the aux wire but know use what could be the problem
What's the model of your device? How old is it?

I bought the amplifier last year in August but the jbl speakers are bout 4 years old

Causes of problem in amplifier:
- A problem with the audio file or the wire responsible for the sound output.
- Problem in the magnet.
- Problem in oscillating membrane.
What is the solution to the speaker problem?
- Be sure that the audio file works well and can be sure of you by checking the wires connecting to the amplifier.
- Make sure that the magnet works so that the appearance of this light means that there is a problem in the magnet.
- Check the oscillating membrane to make sure that the electrical current passes through the amplifier and that it produces magnetic forces to reach vibrations to the speaker.
