We would like to inform you that
Weight loss properly
Losing the weight of the body properly is done by following a healthy, low-calorie diet based on your weight, height, age, sex, and level of physical activity, taking into account your health status. Each person has a diet that suits his or her energy needs. Physical activity should be exercised in conjunction with the diet, which in turn accelerates weight loss and stimulates fat burning.
A healthy diet sample for weight loss
Drink 2 cups warm water with lemon juice or ginger or Ditox of any type you wish.
Breakfast: a loaf of brown bread or bran or 2 toasted toast / 2 egg white or 2 tablespoons chickpeas or a piece of boiled white cheese or 2 slices of non-smoky turkey / 1 tablespoon of condensed yoghurt or triangle cheese or cheddar slice / half a cup of milk or Shanena.
Light meal: apple, medium banana or medium-sized orange.
Drink a cup of unsweetened green tea half an hour before lunch.
Lunch: A cup of cooked stewed vegetables such as peas, green beans, green beans, mallow or spinach, and can be replaced with a cup of vegetable salad with lemon, vinegar and spices / rice spoons / 60 g calf cooked with an oven or kebab and substitute 60 gr grilled chicken breast / Half a cup of low fat milk.
Light meal: banana or egg or 17 small grapes or guava.
1 cup of soaked ginger or unsweetened cinnamon powder before dinner for half an hour.
Dinner: 1 cup vegetable salad / 1 cup low-fat yogurt, 1 medium-sized kiwi or 3 slices pineapple.
