We would like to inform you that if you mean that you want to get a bank card for shopping online, it is possible to try to get a Visa or Credit card from  the bank and through it you can buy what you need. So the papers required to obtain the card is a personal ID card or residence with a passport in addition to a salary statement and a pledge to constantly transfer the salary from the employer to the bank. Additional papers may be requested by the bank.
