who is bleeding twice daily for 3-5 days, or you can use the topical  spot on the wound of turtle shell and press for 5 minutes to stop bleeding, orally AMOXICILLIN can be given  0.5 ml for 3-5 days 
you can find these drugs in any veterinary clinic or human pharmacy
