We would like to inform you that The restoration of trust between the couple is a matter of patience and determination because restoring confidence especially after cheating is not easy and I greet you Madam that you have dealt with it with wisdom and intelligence to preserve your marital life. But you must try hard to overcome those negative feelings that you have, because you have tried as much as possible to overcome the effects of cheating, so you have to try as much as possible whenever these thoughts come to your mind to avoid it and engage yourself in any activity, such as exercises that help a lot to get rid of negative feelings and you can think about the reasons of your husband cheating, certainly there are reasons. And you need to overcome depression resulting from cheating.
But I do not support the idea of divorce Madam as your husband and although his cheating, but he loves you since he does not want to divorce you.
I will give you some tips:
- Change the routine of your marital life and make yourself feel like you are a new woman every day.
- Renew your relationship with him and as if you start your life, make him a surprise or tell him beautiful words.
- Use a language that is full of love and make it usual in any conversation between you.
- Get closer to him and share him your opinions and interests and encourage him to talk about his problems and what he faces with work and make yourself his adviser and make him take your opinion in all obstacles in work or anything and do not get far away from him because that he will not change or he does not want to speak, just do everything to be a fingerprint and an important in his life beside the role of wife.
- Trust yourself and take care of yourself. Engage in sports and hobbies and go out with your close friends, and that will reflect on your psychological comfort and then your marital life.
- When you disagree, do not criticize him and feel that he is the worst husband and avoid reminding him of his old mistakes constantly, but try to make a meaningful conversation between you too to find solutions of the problem.
- Always look at your appearance and style.
- Talk to him and it is better to be in a place outside the house and speak everything in your heart and your fears and that you are at the same time love him and want to secure the house, but that he also has a big role and give him an opportunity to talk and encourage him to mention if there is anything on your side that affects your life and you end up letting him taking a promise of loyalty to your life and try to build confidence and trust between you and him again.
