Depression that's it i always have it i hate this...

Depression that's it i always have it i hate this word as i say it many times and hear it even more i need some one to understand me and help me understand my self i don't know what to do in my life to not to be what I am not to be such a looser in my college or in my relationships with family and friends i loose them too i hate me i have many words and don't know the way to say it
Assistant: Have you sought out therapists or counsellors about this before? ...or tried anything else?
No i haven't but i joined a group chat therapy but it make it even worse

We would like to inform you that what you suffer from is the onset of symptoms of depression, which is the expression of feelings of sadness and frustration and isolation from others and the inability to talk to anyone even close.

The symptoms appear as a:

- Sadness, frustration, nervousness and mood swings

- Feeling tired and physical exhaustion of the least effort and inability to relax

- Sleep disorders of sleeplessness and inability to surrender to sleep long hours

- Loss of appetite for eating.

- The constant desire to cry and excess sensitivity

- Loss of self-confidence

- The feeling that your life goes aimlessly and meaninglessly

- Finally these symptoms may develop and the person loses the desire to live and think about suicide

 So you have to overcome these symptoms, you are still in the beginning and you can overcome them by following these advices:

- Doing exercises since it will get rid of the negative atmosphere.

-Avoid the routine of your life.

- Gather with your family and be good to your parents which have a great therapeutic and good companionship that will help you to get rid of the difficulties and challenges from your life.

- Try to speak out all of what inside you to your close friends, your mother, or your brothers and sisters.

-Accept yourself and learn new things

- Develop yourself by doing all the positive things that you love to do.

- Organize your life and do not let emptiness controls you by negative thoughts.

 

 And make sure that you have many capabilities that you can be characterized and achieve but you have to challenge and be patient and self-confidence and make sure that there is no problem but the treatment and solution to your satisfaction and you have many possibilities that highlight your personality and enjoy the talents of each person has what distinguishes it. Every day that passes by you is a gift from Allah to be thanked and approach to Allah by means of forgiveness in which to reassure and comfort of the soul so you are the only one capable of comforting yourself or let it be sad, do not let anyone controls your happiness that only you determine, you have to enhance your self-confidence and do not let your happiness be based on anyone. But you must have your goals in life that you seek to achieve and then you will feel real happiness and do not occupy your heart and thinking of negative thoughts that weaken your confidence and make you captive to, you must be strong and able to face things and do not allow anyone to control you, so from now on you will fill your leisure and enjoy your life with your friends and sports exercises which will help you a lot in overcoming the negative thoughts , do whatever you love, and do not enter this circle that brings you problems and make you prone to mental disorders . So here are some tips that make you trust yourself more and free yourself from those obstacles and express yourself freely and without fear, which are as follows:

 

Building new relationships with others and not fearing the exchange of discussions and develop of skills of self-expression and expression of opinion

To ensure continuous learning and to enhance the cultural and cognitive aspects of all aspects of life and the ability to possess special convictions and perspectives

 

Achieve the physical independence that ensure you to do all activities

Do not re-enact the personality of others and stay away from the blind imitation

 

Travel and acquire new experiences that can be

depend on yourself and non-reliance on others in different tasks

Speak loud and clear and express yourself clearly

 

Do not focus on the negative aspects and avoid the past and forget it and avoid feeling remorse

It must flourish between self-confidence and arrogance and the strength of personal and audacity by not infringing on the rights of others and selecting the correct insults when talking
