We would like to inform you that the right marriage occurred if there is a marriage contract and applied all the conditions such as the acceptance from the female guardian and two witnesses. As our prophet Muhammed PBUH said, " No marriage without guardian and two witnesses".

If you return after divorce without marriage contract, then it is forbidden relationship, and both of you must be separated.
