How do I start the weight loss process?
- -You should be evaluated nutritionally by calculating the rate between your weight and your height.
- -Calculate your daily caloric needs that are commensurate with your weight, height, age, gender, and level of physical activity
- Follow a healthy diet with fewer calories than your energy needs to stimulate weight loss
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes daily, such as walking, swimming, or jogging to speed up weight loss
- Follow a healthy lifestyle to reduce weight
Steps for a healthy lifestyle to lose weight
- Drink 2 cups of warm water on an empty stomach and preferably detox drinks
- Have a healthy breakfast in the early morning
- Eat 5-6 meals daily, it should be small and multiple instead of 2-3 large meals
- Avoid eating at night
- Drink 2 cups of water before each meal
- Replace fatty with grilled foods such as chicken, meat and fish
- Increase eating vegetables, especially leaf vegetables
