you should remove the food and water of the cat for6-8 hours and then give it 2ml of flagyl syrap disinfectant intestinal , and then an hour give anti-vomiting such as Motilium 100ml syrap orally at a rate of 2ml in mouth and be treated daily for 5 days and give the cat drenched boiled Anissed herb after warmed daily to facillitate the exit of waste and improve digestion and metabolic processes in the digestive system and advised to give the cat an antibiotic,such as Amoxicillin syrap orally-mouth by 2ml for 3-5 days. you give fluid therapy also when necessary

tAccording to the clinical symptoms of cat illness yes you should give it half tablet Ranitidine 75 mg
orally in mouth twice daily for 3-5 days, also i advise you to decrease the amout of canned food and dry food of cat and give it yogurt to improve digestion process
