People often think that love is only the love of men for women and vice versa, but they forget the love of their selves, their parents and their family and all of those who are close to him and who care about him. The discouraged person will feel that he is not loved and discarded by others, so you must determine the cause of grief you feel. Tell yourself and those who love about your inner feelings so that you can feel peace and that nothing will be left inside you that will cause you pain.
And in order to remove these negative feelings, you must look at yourself positively and that you are a loving and confident person. Take care of your appearance and be sure that destiny will give you the most beautiful things. Exercise regularly and do not give up to negative feelings, but face it so as not to develop inside you, while maintaining to keep telling what you feel toward someone with whom you feel comfortable, it will make you feel comfortable and safe.
