I am not sure whats this excatly called by behavioural science but i do suffer anxity sleeplesness fatigue impaired memory sctared thoughts fear
Assistant: Have you sought out therapists or counsellors about this before? ...or tried anything else?
No i did not i am unable to discuss with some one whats wrong with me
Assistant: Anything else you think the psychologist should know before I connect you?
I was a creative mind i felt my self dump now i lost word while speaking or even some time pronounciation i am influenced by fear when some one shouts at me or some one have a diffrence of openion with me.

We would like to inform you that you suffer from panic disorder, which is one of the psychological disorders and it is shown in the form of physical symptoms and accompanied with the feeling of scare or he may suffer from a heart attack.

The symptoms of panic disorder are:

- Fast heartbeat

- The severity of palpitations and tremors that occur as a feeling of nausea and dizziness with the very much sweat.

- Individual feeling of digestive disorders

- Shortness of breath in addition to feeling the state of suffocation

- Unpleasant feelings.

 

And to treat this panic disorder you have to follow these steps:

- Do relaxation exercises, breathing and stress control.

- Have enough amount of sleep

- Go out and do outdoor activities

- Be calm and try to relax your muscles.

- Obey and pray to Allah, in order to feel peace.

 

If the symptoms continue, go to a psychotherapist to advise you whether it is

- Medication.

- Individual psychotherapy to help relieve anxiety and reduce fear.

- Group therapy by providing counseling for cases with the same disorder and teaching mechanisms to control panic attacks

- Biological feedback, where a person sees what happens to his body during relaxation and how it is when it is calm.

- Behavioral cognitive therapy, which depends on the modification and the change of the wrong intellectual patterns
