The treatment:
In order to get rid of that state and fears and tension that controls you, you must help yourself and be convinced that it is a psychological state and is not realistic that requires you the will and the determination to get rid of them. Try to review yourself about the reasons that prompted you to these behaviors and thinking and feelings of fear and anxiety, let the positive thinking controls you and try to dissipate your thoughts that exhaust you and try to replace them with other positive ideas, say to yourself positive phrases such as: "I am calm, I'm fine ...", avoid going to sleep unless you feel very sleepy so that the state does not control you and prevent you from going to school. Solve any dispute you face so that you do not accumulate pressure, relieve the pressure on you during the day, exercise regularly, as it is great to your body, reduce the amount of beverages that contain caffeine, such as coffee, take advantage of the presence of those close to you to be supportive and support you to reassure you that you are fine and there is no need to worry and fear, get out with your friends they have a significant role in changing and adjusting mood and make you happy and make the negative thoughts disappear.
