Depression is a combination of biological, psychological, social factors and feelings of sadness, frustration, lack of self-confidence and rarely has a clear causeand if there are a causes for depression, its because of the many problems and pressures we face in our daily lives, or exposure to shock, or the existence of empty life without goals and the existence of chronic diseases, and the genetic factor that plays a major role in the disease

Symptoms of depression:

Sleep disorders

Nervous and aggressive behavior

Concern and boredom

Excessive sensitivity

Sense of tiredness and weakness

Loss of desire to live

Physical problems without apparent cause

Fear without clear justification

 

So you have to get rid of these symptoms quickly as follows:

Doing exercises

Going out with friends

Stay away from any source that causes you frustration

Give yourself a weekly rest

Change daily routines and create new activity

Be patient and self-confidence and make sure that there is no problem but the treatment and solution to your satisfaction and you have many possibilities that highlight your personality and enjoy the talents of each person has what distinguishes it and make sure that every day Passing on you is a gift from God to be praise of God and close to God by means of forgiveness in which to reassure and comfort of the soul
