Depression is a combination of biological, psychological, social factors and feelings of sadness, frustration, lack of self-confidence and rarely has a clear cause, and if there are a causes for depression, its because of the many problems and pressures we face in our daily lives, or exposure to shock, or the existence of empty life without goals and the existence of chronic diseases, and the genetic factor that plays a major role in the disease
