Dear Customer,
Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!
We would like to inform you that Panic attack is a bout that comes suddenly without a reason and without warning and this bout is in the form of intense fear accompanied by other symptoms.

Vomiting and nausea
Feeling suffocating
Loss of self-control and the feeling of having a heart attack
Treatment:
In order to get rid of that bout, it requires your resolve and helping yourself to get rid of this bout and its symptoms. Start by learning about this bout as it will go away and you should calm down and stop your fearsome thoughts that may increase your feelings of fear, tension and panic. Try to replace it with other positive ideas, try to avoid exposure to stressful situations in the current period so as not to increase the symptoms, and try also to reduce the pressure on you during the period of work or daytime, exercise regularly, it gives comfort and calm inside the bod. Reduce the amount of drinks which contains caffeine such as coffee. Take advantage of the presence of those close to you to support you if they were near you during a panic attack to reassure you that you are okay and there is no need to worry, fear or panic. Get out with your friends as they have a big role in changing and adjusting the situation and mood and put happiness inside you in addition to help the mind to get rid of negative thinking and exhaustion.

Avoid surrendering to those symptoms and work hard to prove to yourself that you are able to change and control your reactions. Keep exercising to do relaxation and deep breathing, especially when you feel the symptoms of the bout will control you and repeat positive phrases like: ‘I am fine, I am confident, there is nothing to be scared of … etc.’ You may, by doing relaxation exercises, be able to imagine yourself to be exposed to situations that raise your panic. Start by taking a deep breath through mouth and close your eyes gradually and imagine yourself experiencing the exposure of a situation or where you suffer panic attack and start to face the imagination while maintaining telling yourself of positive phrases. The more convinced that what is happening with you is a psychological situation and there is no need to worry the more you will help yourself to move out of this situation.
