We would like to inform you that depression is a psychological illness and varies in type, depending on the severity of its symptoms between the simple and the average and acute feeling of sadness and frustration with the tendency to isolation and inability to enjoy life and symptoms of the disease:

- The feeling of permanent sadness even when those around you to try satisfy you.

- Sleep disorder (sleep for too long hours or for too few hours).

- Significant change in appetite may be increased or decreased which affects weight.

- A constant sense of fatigue, lack of energy and a reluctance to do traditional work.

- Anxiety of most situations and irritability of the slightest things.

- Law morale and feeling that life is not important.

- The feeling of despair and helplessness, which leads to continuous depression and crying

- Physical pain illusions

- Loss of interest in things were being loved and enjoyed in the past.

- Isolation and unwillingness to attend social events

- Loss of desire for life and the emergence of suicidal thoughts

 

To treat depression, consult your doctor to diagnose and evaluate the condition and based on it, if you need medication (it reduces feelings of sadness and frustration) and psychotherapy is a cognitive behavioral therapy to modify negative thoughts and behaviors.

 

Some tips to relieve feelings of isolation and depression:

-Exercise to get rid of negative energy and rejuvenation

-Change your lifestyle and discharge energy towards hobbies and doing your favorite things

-Talk to people who are close to you

- Treat your problems as they will not continue, and you have to face them with challenge and patience, there is no problem without a solution.

- Trust and develop your self-confidence and discover the points of your strength and exploit them. Also, do the positive things you love.

- Get out of the house for a walk, buy some needs or eat in a restaurant that improves your mood

- Organize your life and make a daily plan for all the tasks required from you, it reduces the sense of pressure greatly.
