How can I lose weight without losing muscle?

  • drink at least 8 cups of water every day 
  • eat a nutrius breakfast :banana and strawberries, and blueberries combined with almond milk and two handfuls of spinach make for a healthy and delicious breakfast.
  • If you get hungry between meals, munch on a carrot, an orange, an apple, or another raw vegetable instead of something processed.
  • eat lean protein, it can be obtained from a variety of different foods like chicken, fish, beans, and protein powders.
  • eat healthy fats like almonds, walnuts, olives, olive oil, avocados
  • drink 2-3 glasses of low fat dairy product

 example diet for weight loss

  • Breakfast: 2 brown toast + 2 eggs or 2 tablespoons chickpeas + 1 tablespoon cheese or cheddar slice +half a cup of low-fat milk or yoghurt+ 1 cup vegetables 
  • Light snack: medium sized apple + 10 almonds
  • Lunch: 1 cup of vegetables or salad with desired spice, 8 tablespoons of rice equivalent to a cup+ 150 grams of grilled chicken breast, grilled fish or grilled veal.
  • Light meal:medium size banana+ a low-fat yogurt cup.
  • Dinner: half a thin brown bread loaf with a yogurt spoon, and cucumber + 120g tuna
