Dear Customer,
Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!
We would like to inform you that When a person is confronted by stressful situations, he sometimes can’t bear the burdens on his shoulders. He feels that he begins to lose his energy gradually due to fatigue, mental exhaustion and the control of negative thoughts on the mind. All in all, the development of the symptoms depends on the person himself and how he perceives what he is going through.
From the way you formed this question, it appears that you have a severe depression which drives you to think about committing suicide. Depression is a condition of intense sadness that controls the body and soul, obstruct the progress of human life, force him toward fatigue and mental exhaustion, a lack of desire to live, negative thinking and thinking of suicide or committing it in the case of severe depression, losing self-confidence, eating and sleeping disorder, inactivity, isolation and unwillingness to communicate with others.
All of the symptoms I mentioned vary from person to person. Overall, they depend to the person and his ability to deal with himself and his determination to overcome the pressures he is going through and the reasons that led him toward the depression and fatigue.
Here are some remedial instructions that you can follow:
It is important in the current period to avoid the exposure to situations that cause you emotional stress and fatigue. Stay busy and do things to invest your time, so you won’t have time or chance to think about suicide. Avoid sitting alone and do exercises which are important in feeding the mind and body and break the daily routine also exercises help to distract your attention and prevent the negative thinking from controlling your mind. It is also necessary to determine the reasons that make you feel tired, so that you can put solutions to it regularly and get rid of it, since solving problems and arguments as they come in does not allow the pressure to accumulate on you. Get rid of any negative idea that runs through your mind and replace it with positive thoughts such as repeating the positive phrases that leave a positive effect on you such as: "I’m comfortable, I’m safe, I’m positive”. Try to go out to the nature with friends for an entertaining picnic. Friends have a great role in making you feel much better and happy inside. Stay away from the situations that put you under pressure especially in the current period.
If you continue to have the symptoms, ask your doctor to give you some of the depression medications according to your condition and the amount you are allowed to take.
Good luck.
You can also ask questions of our other specialists in the areas of nutrition, therapists, IT specialists, doctors, and many more.
Kind Regards
