How to lose fat?
- Cut Back on Sugars and Starchesreduce your appetite to lower your insulin levels and make you lose weight without hunger.
- Eat lean protein such as beef, chicken, tuna, egg wight
- Eat low-carb vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, tomatoes, kale, cabbage, lettuce, cucumber
- It is best to do some sort of resistance training like weight lifting. If that is not an option, cardio workouts are also effective.
- Drink water a half hour before meals
- Get a good night's sleep, every night
- Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods
