Treatment:
The main treatment for this disorder is a combination of the cognitive and behavioral therapy along with the medication by training on some skills and developing your abilities, connection and communication. You should also encourage yourself to exercise, eat healthy meals, practice relaxation exercises, which plays a big role in nourishing the mind and motivating you to focus and work.
