Or you are suffering from a depressive condition which has symptoms of sleep disorders and even if not the rest of the symptoms appear, or you are irregular in sleep and do not follow healthy eating habits such as sleeping for a long period of time and drinking tea and coffee at night and eating just before bedtime, All these reasons may lead to sleep disorders.
