hi I am a young boy with 21 years . I have been suffering from depression for year. I went to doctor and told about this and he gave me the medicine. when I using the medicine that time I am ok but when I stop I couldn't sleep and again all things come on my mind so now what should I do

I am thinking about that if I start to take medicine that may happen again so I don't want to take the any medicine

Depression is a mental illness that causes symptoms such as sleep disturbance, appetite, lack of concentration, feeling of constant sadness, nervousness, fatigue, tiredness, insomnia, loss of ability to enjoy life
