We would like to inform you that you suffer from severe anxiety that led to the appearance of obsession which is related to the control of a specific idea on the brain of a person and make him in a state of constant concern and affect his actions and decisions and he cannot control it despite knowing that it is wrong or illogical.
To overcome this status I advise you to:
Completely ignore obsessive thoughts and not pay attention to them and if it tries to control you so you should distract yourself by doing anything like talking to a friend or watching TV.
Do exercises and relaxation exercises to help eliminate negative energy and reduce anxiety and tension.
Make your day always busy and do not leave room for emptiness so that obsessions could not control you.
Contact people whom you feel comfortable with.
