We would like to inform you that depression is a mental illness in which the negative thoughts dominate the mind of the individual and its symptoms appear in being isolated and avoid mixing with others, the control of sad feelings and frustration and the problems in sleep, appetite, mood swings and excessive nerve and these symptoms may worsen to the desire to getting rid of life and trying to commit suicide. 
To treat depression requires the help of a psychiatrist for diagnosis and evaluation and prescribe the appropriate treatment plan, which depends on medical treatment and psychological one.
Here are some tips for relieving depression:
 

 Regular exercise will save you from negative energy.

- Put negative thoughts aside and think positively.

 - meet with close friends and exchange visits with them 

- Avoid drinking stimulants such as coffee and others as they increase anxiety and replaced with soothing beverages such as green tea and chamomile

- Trust and develop your self-confidence and discover the points of your strength and exploit them. Also, do the positive things you love.

- Organize your life and make a daily plan for all the tasks required from you, it reduces the sense of pressure greatly.

- Treat your problems as they will not continue, and you have to face them with challenge and patience, there is no problem without a solution.

- Be close to Allah when you perform your duties, because Allah is the one who set the soul and heart at rest.
