We would like to inform you that what you mentioned refers to your suffering from panic attacks and bad thoughts controlling you especially regarding death and there is a link between panic and obsessive thoughts that your exposure to panic attacks and accompanied by fear and severe physical symptoms such as increased heartbeat and shortness of breath and other increases your fear and thoughts about death leads to sadness and depression.

And to overcome this status:

*You should go to a psychiatrist to do a behavioral cognitive treatment. This treatment aims at modifying negative thoughts, eliminating delusions and reducing anxiety.

*You can overcome all your fears by determination. know that death has no signs and feeling fear of it will not delay or accelerate it. It will only cause more tension and depression, so you must ignore the idea of death as a first step of treatment.

*Practice exercise and relaxation exercises, they will let you get rid of negative energy and reducing anxiety and stress.

*Avoid disturbing news and events.

*Avoid what puts you under stress.

*Do breathing exercises (Inspiration with count for five and exhale slowly with counting for eight)

*When you feel tense or scared, distract yourself by watching TV, a friend's conversation, or anything you love to do.
