I would to ask a question....well this happened to...
I would to ask a question....well this happened to me 3 times and I'm afriad it might happen again first I had sleep paralysis but it does not happen anymore then I used to have a dream where i wake up in the dream and live my life normally then wake up in real life it happen for 4 days straight and back then I didn't know if I was dreaming or If I really woke up in real life I used to act very werid and I was afraid if I did anything I might regret without knowing I'm actually awake and it was scary that I would dream that I woke up in storage places but not home then it stopped but from a like a month something else started and it's more uncomfortable....I wake up while talking to people and I don't remember when did I even start talking I am sure I was asleep at first I would wake up and my mother start to tell me what I was saying and shouting or even fighting with her .I didn't mind it because it was my mother I am not afraid to say anything infront of her until one day I wake up and found my self talking in the phone with one of my friends and I don't even remember what I was saying or when I am 100℅ sure I was asleep and I didn't even ask her what I was saying I was afraid I said something stupid.....I hope you can help me and thank you for reading

You suffer from the ungodly (Ja’om) which is the condition of temporary paralysis that affects the body during sleep and after a moment when the brain has been awakened, and thinks that the patient is still dreaming and reinforced this impression the inability of his body to make any kind of movement or talk or even make any gesture whatever Small, in addition to the remnants of sleep hallucinations and fantasies associated with the parts of the room.
Causes:
-Sleep mode is not appropriate.
-Do not go to sleep at regular and regular times.
-Exposure to intense and growing life pressures, persistent anxiety and persistent negative thinking.
-Sudden innovations in lifestyles, lifestyles and environmental changes, such as moving from one country to another, resulting in changes in bed, bedding and surrounding conditions.
-Excessive, indiscriminate or irresponsible use of hypnotic drugs and sedatives.
-Sleep mode is not appropriate.
-Do not go to sleep at regular and regular times.
-Exposure to intense and growing life pressures, persistent anxiety and persistent negative thinking.
-Sudden innovations in lifestyles, lifestyles and environmental changes, such as moving from one country to another, resulting in changes in bed, bedding and surrounding conditions.
-Excessive, indiscriminate or irresponsible use of hypnotic drugs and sedatives.
How to cure
-Try to move the muscles of the face until this situation quickly disappears, and you must avoid all factors to help the occurrence of this disorder, by getting enough sleep each day, reduce the pressures that occur to you, and exercise before bedtime in sufficient time, and sleep side by side
I will also give you a healthy sleep standard:
-Do not eat greedily
-Take enough sleep regularly.
-Reduce stress by practicing meditation sessions or doing relaxation exercises
-Taking into account the dates of sleeping and waking up
-Reading Quranic verses before bedtime and seeking forgiveness greatly will help you relax and calm yourself
-Exercise before sleep
