Dear Customer,
Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!
We would like to inform that The diet you follow is an unhealthy system where you eat meals indiscriminately as well as neglect breakfast, which is unhealthy especially as you work at night and sleep during the daytime and therefore may affect the weight in the future and therefore advise you to:
- Eat breakfast when you wake up from sleep so that the meal is healthy and saturated, such as boiled egg and 2 tablespoons brick and loaf of small brown bread and vegetable slices and a cup of natural juice.
- Snack after breakfast two hours, including a cup of coffee with a fruit and 6 biscuits.
- Lunch in the middle of your day which is almost 6-7 pm.
- Have a snack like a plate of salad and a cup of low-fat milk.
- Have dinner before your sleep by 4-6 hours so that it is a snack.
Your system should become a night system to avoid obesity in the future and avoid the introduction of the body in a random state of satiety and hunger, which also adversely affect health.
If you have another question, feel free to ask us and we will answer with pleasure.
