Assistant: Have you sought out therapists or counsellors about this before? ...or tried anything else?
I’ve tried talking to him trying to change his mind cause i myself an a survivor, but he wants to die

We would like to inform you that your friend may suffer from depression and sadness and can’t achieve his wishes so he feels depressed and wants to end his life. He has to realize that he is suffering from psychological problem requires to get treatment for depression. As depression is a combination of feelings of sadness, pessimism, feelings of isolation, fear, loneliness, isolation, frustration and pessimism.

Also, lose focus and can’t make decisions, forgetfulness, sleep disorders such as sleep very much or very little.

 Disorders in food and there is no purpose to life and no purpose, feeling tired and unable to calm and relax, nervous and irritable. In some cases, it may even end up wanting to commit suicide.

If you have these symptoms, you should go for treatment as follow:

-         First steps of treatment to be convinced that you need treatment and get rid of that situation because the speed of treatment is based on your ability and your will

-         Second visit a psychiatrist to check and see the severity of the situation and prescribe the appropriate medication and dose required

After the medical treatment begins to appear, you must start a behavioral therapy program to get rid of the depression, so that you change the daily routines that you are used to, which makes life boring and complicated and do everything that makes you feel happy as a favorite activities for your heart and visit parents and relatives. Also, be away from the sources of psychological pressure and places causing.

Set new goals in life and seek to achieve them to give you a sense of change and hope in life. The important thing is to get rid of all your sadness and make you frustrated and face it with happiness and hope. 

Note that if the patient realizes that he needs to get treatment, then he will get rid of depression fast and the cure is to be happy and optimistic and love life.
