How to reduce body fat?
- reduce your intake from suger, it's may be the primary driver of excess fat in the belly and whole body
- eat plenty of protein from egg, meat, pltary, fish , it can boost your metabolism and reduce hunger levels-,
- drink 8-12 glasses of water, if you don't drink enough amount of water, your metabolism may slow down.
- include 2-3 cups of green tea a day to boost your metabolism

- aim to exercise 3-4 times per week, it can be very effective to lose fat, focuse on cardio and weight lifting
