We would like to inform you that depression is a combination of feelings of sadness, pessimism, feelings of isolation, fear, loneliness, isolation, frustration and pessimism.

Set new goals in life and seek to achieve them to give you a sense of change and hope in life. The important thing is to get rid of all your sadness and make you frustrated and face it with happiness and hope.

Thank you for your reply. What if i have some of these symptoms you have mentioned but not all of them. Will it still be depression. Yes i do feel sad because i am going through divorce, i am scared and i do feel lonely but i do ve hope for the future and i feel optimestic about it. Is it the symptom of depression. Yes sometime i do lose focus and become so forgetful but other time i am very alert. Sometime i am not able to sleep when thereis too much running around in my head but other days i sleep well. I do cry alot thinking about what has happened to my life. Is it depression if i cry on my situation?

I m able to plan for my future. I feel like i ve become more physically active now. These for sure are not symptoms of depression. However, i do feel sad when i am alone and my tears dont stop. I havnt shared my situation to many people and when people ask about my life and husband i feel terribly sad. Is it depression.

When i see my children i feel so happy. But when i see happy couples i pray for them but feel sad for myself. Is it depression

We would like to inform you that you have a reason to be sad, so it is normal to feel like that and be angry and lost concentration as we are human being and affected by things around us. But if you don’t control these feelings you will be depressed as sadness is one of the depression symptoms and you don’t suffer from depression yet but you are suffering from frustration. So if you focus on your feeling positively, then you can control these symptoms.

 Note that the end of the marital relationship is not the end of the world but it is a new start and you may feel comfortable and happy, as you have happy resources such as your children. So look for happiness resources and positive things and use them to get rid of sadness, frustration and pessimism.
