I want to ask how can i manage to lose weight.....
I want to ask how can i manage to lose weight...like what best foods to eat..what not to eat..
Assistant: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Not yet...and no medications.
Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
My uric acid is a bit high resulting to gout.i was once using medications for two months and was told to come back for another check up after those two months but i havn't managed to come again for check up

Food good for weight loss
