hello so im a 17 year old girl and well i feel weird these days ..i always cry without any reason and im starting to e rude with people that i know and dont know, alot of people gor annoyed from me but its out of my hands....i feel depressed and self conscious

Crying for no reason is a symptom of depression if it is persistent and associated with other symptoms. What you experience may be related to stress or sad situations that affect you directly or indirectly or even as a result of your daily routine.
Depression is a state of extreme sadness that controls the human feeling to make hom psychologically exhausted. He may lose the desire and motivation to do anything, like to stay isolated from all, does not want to talk to anyone, neglects himself and his appearance and others close to him. In addition to symptoms like: lack of desire to live and the absence of a clear goal, feeling upset, crying, tension, loss of self-confidence, being easily angered, sleep disorders, eating disorder either increased or decreased and unwilling to eat, negative thoughts that may reach sometimes suicidal thoughts.
the treatment:
In order to get rid of the situation that you experience, you must sit with yourself and think deeply about the things that happen with you in your daily life and what things that cause you distress and may be related to the situation you experience. the causes of depression are many and different and requires you to think in depth of what is going on in your daily life, put negative thoughts that make you suffer from depression out of your mind and start to make changes in your life by taking care of yourself, as it will reflect on your mood, which gives you happiness and pleasure. Spend time with people who you like to spend time with, stay close to things that bring happiness to you and avoid thinking and giving attention to the small things that tire and exhaust you and cause the desire to cry. Exercise sport regularly, as it has a big role in taking you out of the situation and will let you think in a positive way that you exist and have a goal in life. Keep a smile on your face, and develop your ability to be patience, and be confident that getting rid if these feelings is linked to you and to the will that is inside you to be treated.
