Idk how to change my routine andI dont like to eat healthy and i think this is why i sleep all the time and i cant focus on my studys i have been through many things when i was young(bad things) but I always act like i am fine but i am not I really tried many times to make my self happy but then i dont have the energy to do things that make me happy I can't express my feelings so u can understand what i feel
