We would like to inform that The control of your suicidal thoughts indicates your passage through stress and problems in your life, leading you into a state of depression, a state of sadness, frustration and inability to enjoy life

* Participate with one of the institutions in doing good things, as it has a positive impact on your sense of your importance in life and your contribution to the happiness of others will reflect on how you feel of happiness.

 

* Exercise regularly, it protects you from negative energy.

 

* Practice your hobbies and do all the things you like will improve your mood.

 

* Talk to someone close to you and tell him about your problems and concerns.
