My question is:

I started working on 1 August 2018, my service will end at 31 juli 2019. For me it is a full year, so I should recieve the end of service from my company. But when I put these info in the *end of service * calculater, it says that it is not a full year of service. Pls tell me if I have the right of the end of service

When I use the calculator, and I fill in 1-8-2018 till 31-7-2019 is says that I recieve QAR 0,-But when I fill in 1-8-2018 till 1-8-2019 I recieve QAR 31500.

It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that according to the Qatari Labor Law, the employer shall provide end of service benefits to the worker who has worked for a full year or more. The remuneration shall be determined by agreement between the parties, provided that it shall not be less than three weeks' wages for each year of service.
The worker shall be entitled to remuneration for fractions of the year by the amount of time spent in service
