Solution of the problem:
- Check the parts and software that responsible for making the device on the power on mode such as the main processor and internal adapter.
- you have to reprogram the screen to remove any software failure which keeps the screen on the status of the stop and make sure through the screen that the screen voltage gives the appropriate reading.
- Work on changing the board or internal screen and make sure to check the EC.
