Suitable food in the first months of pregnancy:
*Eat healthy, varied and nutritious food.
* Eat 5-6 meals a day to keep healthy provided that the meals are small and various.
* Eat breakfast in the morning to give the body the necessary energy and to overcome the Nausea.
*Do not increase the amount of food from the time before pregnancy so that pregnant women do not need to increase energy during the first months.
*Avoid intake quantities of vitamin A.
* Avoid doing exercise activities that harm the fetus.
* Stay away from drinking coffee especially in the early stages of pregnancy.
* It is forbidden to smoke and take medicine only except under the supervision of a doctor.
* Eat healthy foods in calculated quantities without excessive food intake with the need to diversify in foods.
* It is preferable to rely on foods rich in iron such as liver and free-fat meat and eat them with vitamin C.
* Eat vegetables, legumes and liver to get folic acid which are important for the fetus.
