First, you have to practice sport. Physical activity helps you in clearing your mind, and you will know the reason of your anxiety. Sports can help you think positive, no matter pressure and problems you face, look at the bright side and be in control of yourself.
You have to talk about your problems and reasons behind your nervous attitude. Share your feelings and emotions with others, socialize with different kind of people in order to be able to get rid of the tension.
Relax and clear your mind. Change your daily routine in order to change your psychological feeling.
Get good portion of sleep time and commit to good habits. Eat healthy food and keep yourself away from pressure situations

I usually feel anxious when I'm using social media and it's make me so stressed and having anxiety attacks from time to time.I decided to take a break from social media for a while but I'm afraid to go back to social media and face the same problem.
