Hi I am working in Dubai 8 years ago. I am in trouble about money problem. Everyday irritating me . I don’t know how can I manage this situation. I am asking everyday with all people I don’t know y this. I m not drinking or any bad hobbies. I want save my life and my family( I am single) problems.15000 aed is my problem. Always I am thinking about that problems. Not sleeping well and eating also.

We would like to inform you that stress and financial problems are some of the daily problems that may the person face that makes him enter into mental disorders such as suppression and nervous pressure in addition to tension and a sense of pessimism and frustration, which in turn lead to depression.

So you have to overcome these emotions according to the following: -
- Skills must be acquired to deal with the stresses of material life well. You can get rid of them in a positive way by organizing your self and thinking quietly how to pay off those debts which will make you feel calm and be flexible to these problems as frustration will not correct your financial situation. You have to look for other solutions in order to increase your sense of self-confidence and reduce the size of the problem.

 

So I advise you the following:
- Exercise to activate the circulatory system, which helps to get rid of negative energy.
- Talk to a close friend as a kind of emotional discharge and feeling that someone is sharing your concerns.
- Try to break the daily routine by giving yourself permission for all the pressures and going out with friends.
- Approach to God by obedience and the performance of worship in which comfort and reassurance of the heart.
- Writing what you feel in it is a kind of emptying the negative thoughts and feelings that you experience.
- Be careful not to sit alone, you should visit friends and relatives and participate in social activities loved to you


Finally, I know that every problem have a solution and you have to be strong in the face of those pressures and positive thinking and a look of optimism for the future and patience.
