We would like to inform you that Thinking of suicide is a symptom of depression, a mental illness that causes feelings of sadness, frustration and lack of appetite for life.
- Feeling constant sadness without reason and isolation from others
- Severe nervousness and mood swings

- Organize your life and make a daily plan for all thetasks required from you, it reduces the sense of pressure greatly.
- Treat your problems as they will not continue, and you have to face them with challenge and patience, there is no problem without a solution.
- Be close to Allah when you perform your duties, because Allah is the one who set the soul and heart at rest.
