I feel social anxiety.i cant communicate with...

I feel social anxiety.i cant communicate with others properly. Even i cant laugh properly infront of others.some times if i face social situations my lips or around mouth get twitching.even sometimes when i laugh my lip or around ith shiver. I cant do expressions due to anxiety while at any social programmes or etc.i always think what others think about me.i read from their face.

I want to get rid of these.now iam trying to communicate more with peoples.iam doing breathing exercise.smile infront of mirror.Also when i talk to some one it feel like my sound shivering and no sound coming from thought.and the expression on my face is worst.i cant even smile properly at a joke
