We would like to inform you that Depression is a state of sadness, frustration and inability to enjoy life. This may be the result of severe stress in your life or work. The symptoms of this disease are:

- The feeling of continuous sadness without reason and isolation from others

- Severe nervousness and mood swings

- Feeling tired and tired of the least effort and inability to relax

- Sleep disorders

- Change of appetite, whether increase or decrease

- The feeling that your life has no purpose or meaning

- Feeling despair and helplessness leading to bouts of depression and continuous crying

- Exercise and relaxation exercises are necessary to get rid of the negative energy you feel

- Develop your confidence and discover the points of your strength and exploitation and the work of positive things that you love

- Organize your life and make a daily plan for all the tasks required of you, it reduces the sense of pressure significantly

- Get out of the house for a walk, buy some needs or eat in a restaurant that improves your mood

 - Start talking to someone close and get out with him

- Participate one of the institutions in doing good, it has a positive impact on your sense of your importance in life and your contribution to the happiness of others will reflect on how you feel also happy

- Approaching to God by performing your duties, so the soul and the heart reassured him

- See to your problems that it will not continue and you have to meet with challenge and patience, there is no problem but a solution
