Post-traumatic disorder is the disorder that occurs when we experience a frightening or harsh experience outside of our control such as horrific accidents or the loss of someone dear to us suddenly and there are those who overcome for it and there are some who remain with it for months or even years.
Symptoms include sadness, anxiety, depression, anger, feelings of fear, panic, nightmares and guilt, as well as physical symptoms such as headaches, increased heart beat, and muscle aches.
In addition to the natural feelings that occur to people after these incidents
To overcome symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, you shall do the following:
-Live life naturally
-Back to the routine of natural life
-Practice relaxation exercises
-Eating healthy and exercising
-Spend time with family and friends
-Avoid taking stimulants such as tea and coffee
-Do not talk about what happened and fill the mind with other ideas
