Stimulate fat burning and weight loss
- Drink 2 cups of water immediately when you wake up and 2 cups before each meal and 2 cups before going to sleep and preferably warm water.
- Drink a glass of green tea, ginger or cinnamon before the meal for a third of an hour.
- Eat low-fat yogurt with grounded linseed between meals.
- Eat brown bread or bran bread instead of white bread.
- During the day make one of the meals is a pineapple mixed with raisin milk / or cabbage salad / or apple / or Kiwi Shake with ginger.
- Eat fat-burning capsules with crushed cinnamon powder with crushed ginger and add dried garlic and white pepper, mix in equal amounts, form in capsules, leave to dry and be taken in the form of two capsules in the morning and two capsules before bedtime with a cup or 2 of water.
- Drink lemon juice and it can be added on a regular basis to each cup of water.
- Take Ditux drinks.
