Depending of symptoms, the parrot should be taken to veterinary center or clinic to give it an 
Immediate extension of the airways such as Bromoxine hydrochoride or ventolin syrup orally with artificial oxygen pumping and put the parrot with oxygen and monitor the situation within2-4 hours because the exit of butter from the beak indicates the closure of the respiratory tract and stop the heart muscle of the parrot
