First the possible fault for the engine vibration is
1. Fault in the engine mount.
2. Fault in the throttle idle air control valve.
3. Fault in the throttle body position sensor tps
4. Fault in the map sensor manifold absulote pressure or MAF sensor mass air flow sensor.
So you have to check the car via the obd ll device at a specialist and check what mentioned above
