Depression is a state of intense sadness that affects you and your body so much that it prevents you from engaging in life activities in joy as you used to.
  • Symptoms of depression include:
  • Isolation and unwillingness to communicate with others.
  • Loss of self-confidence.
  • Negative thoughts towards self and others.
  • Eating disorders.
  • Sleep disorder.
  • Inability to concentrate.
  • Tiredness and exhaustion.
  • Tension and hardship.
  • Loss of desire to live.
  • Lack of a clear goal.
 
Here are some treatment instructions you can follow:
  • Allow yourself to sit in a quiet place and think about the real reason that moved you to the state of depression and the more you know and determine the reason you may get rid of it.
  • Avoid paying attention to small details that exhaust your mind and body.
  • rganize your time well to invest in what is useful as reading
  • Avoid stressful situations that may increase your grief, mental exhaustion, and depression, and avoid talking to frustrated people that increase your condition, but get closer to those who are energetic.
  • Stay away from sitting alone so you do not have a chance to think negatively about yourself.
  • Participate in courses in different institutions and sports clubs so that you have the opportunity to get to know as many people as possible and thus over time you will find yourself gaining the courage to talk, learn and interact with others.
  • Exercise regularly, it relaxes the body as sport is a healthy lifestyle that eliminates tension, hardship and negative energy from the body.
  • It is important to know that complacency and conviction in real life is important, the more you have, the more you will be able to handle all circumstances wisely.
  • Do not look down on yourself, look at yourself with pride and look at what distinguishes your personality and take care of what strengthen it.
  • Do relaxation exercises and deep breathing.
  • Get out with people you like to spend time and feel comfortable with.
  • Write all the beautiful things that you used to do before and enjoy doing them and practice them and then start to redo them again to encourage yourself to change. And know that the speed of treatment is linked to you and the extent of your help to yourself.
