We would like to inform you that banks in UAE and funding companies grant loans but your salary shall be more than what you mentioned, as it shall be not less than 5000 – 10000 AED, and according whether you are citizen or resident and according to the authority that lent you.

the required papers are as follows:

1. Personal identification card such as identity or residence with passport.

2- Statement of bank account.

3 - Salary Statement.

4 - A pledge to continue transfer of salary from the employer to the bank.

Additional papers and guarantees may be requested by the Bank.
