It is not permissible for you to make money will to your wife after your death, or to make your wife make a will of her money to you after her death, this is a will to a heir, and it is not permissible as Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) says: Allah has appointed for everyone who has a right what is due to him, and no will must be made to an heir.
